In Memoriam

On May 10,2008, a University of Wisconsin Med Flight helicopter from Madison, WI crashed in near La Crosse,WI, killing three crew members: Dr. Darren Bean, the flight physician, Mark Coyne, a registerd nurse, and the pilot, Steve Lipperer.

Our thoughts and prayers are with our entire transport family as we grieve this loss.

Request for Proposals - FARE

The Foundation for Air Medical Research and Education (FARE) is currently reviewing proposals for research related to air medical and critical care transport. FARE welcomes all research endeavors and proposed studies and projects. Funding priority for 2008 – 2009 will be designated to the following research priorities.
